METHOD TO RESTOR COORONG .PUT A 1METRE PIPE THROUGH THE SAND HILLS
TO THE SEA BELOW WATER LEVEL WITH A WIND DRIVEN PROPELLER PUMP IN LINE .THIS IS ASTART' BUT IF INSTALED NEAR THE SOUTHERN END TO
PUSH SEA WATER INTO THE COORONG IT WOULD PUSH THEHIGHSALT OUT OF THE MOUTH .THE SECOND BENEFIT IS THE SAND IS SHIFTED OUT TO SEA
KEEPING THE MOUTH OPEN .
THE 2ND PROJECT IS TO GRADE A SMALL CHANNEL FROM THE WELLINGTON
WEIR DOWN SOUTHERN SIDE OF ALEXANDRINA CROSSING OVER AT THE NARROWS TO THE WEST SIDE OF ALBERT TO NEAR MENINGIE ' BEFORE THE LAKES ARE FILLED WITH SEAWATER.
WITH LIMITED WATER THIS WOULD KEEP THIS AREA WORKING EVEN PUT A BIT THROUGH TO THE COORONG
